Zero Development Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Report Card plugin for cPanel & WHM and our website.
License Verification Data: When you validate a license, our API receives your server's hostname and IP address to verify subscription status via Stripe.
Payment Data: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe provides us with metadata such as your name, email, and subscription status.
Plugin Data: Report Card runs entirely on your server. The reports, the data they are built from and your customers' email addresses stay there, and reports are emailed by your own server's mail system. We never receive them. The plugin checks your customers' sites from your server, and asks api.wordpress.org for the latest WordPress version once a day. The only request it makes to us is the license check, which sends your server hostname.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Communication between the plugin and our validation API is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
We use Stripe for payment processing and subscription management. Their privacy policy can be found at Stripe's official website. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties.
