What is Report Card?
A WHM plugin that emails each of your hosting customers a branded report every month: how their site performed, the updates and SSL renewals you handled, what was blocked, how much of their plan they use, and a note from you.
Will my customers see Server+ branding?
No. Reports carry your company name, logo, colours, contact details and From address only.
Which customers get a report?
You choose by WHM package (for example only your managed plans), and can switch individual accounts on or off. Your tier sets how many accounts get reports: 25, 100 or unlimited.
Does it send anything before I'm ready?
No. Nothing is emailed until you turn on monthly sending. You can preview any report, save it as a PDF and send yourself a test first.
How is site health measured?
Each site is checked from your server every 10 minutes. That catches sites that error out or slow down. It can't see an outage that takes the whole server offline, and the report shows how many checks ran so that's never hidden.
Which WHM/cPanel versions are supported?
Report Card supports WHM/cPanel versions 100 and above on CentOS 7+, AlmaLinux 8+, CloudLinux 7+ and Rocky Linux 8+. Reports are sent through the server's own mail system.
Is it included in the Server+ Suite?
Yes, for up to 25 accounts. If you need more, subscribe to the 100 or Unlimited tier for the same server.
How does the subscription work?
Report Card is billed monthly or yearly by tier: $9.99/month for up to 25 accounts, $19.99 for up to 100, $39.99 for unlimited. Your license is bound to your server hostname, and you can cancel anytime via the customer portal.
