Zero Development Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Server+ suite of WHM plugins (including Server Commander, Server Telemetry, and any future products) and our associated websites.
License Verification Data: When you validate a license, our API receives your server's hostname and IP address to verify subscription status via Stripe.
Payment Data: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe provides us with metadata such as your name, email, and subscription status.
Plugin Data: Server+ products operate entirely on your server. We do not "phone home" with any of your WordPress data, database contents, server telemetry, or file structures. Your diagnostics and monitoring data remain private to your infrastructure.
Newsletter Data: If you sign up for our email newsletter on our website, we collect your email address, the page you signed up from, the time you agreed, the consent wording you agreed to, and your IP address. Your subscription only starts after you click the confirmation link we email you. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Communication between the plugins and our validation API is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
We use Stripe for payment processing and subscription management. Their privacy policy can be found at Stripe's official website. Our newsletter is sent with Buttondown, which stores subscribers' email addresses and sign-up details on our behalf. The sign-up form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser for signs of automated abuse. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties.
