Zero Development Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Account Auditor plugin for cPanel & WHM and our website.
License Verification Data: When you validate a license, our API receives your server's hostname and IP address to verify subscription status via Stripe.
Payment Data: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe provides us with metadata such as your name, email, and subscription status.
Plugin Data: Account Auditor runs entirely on your server, and its scan results stay there. We never receive your account list, domains, files, databases or mail. To check your domains, the plugin sends DNS queries to the public resolvers set in its Settings, registration lookups to each domain's registry (RDAP), and requests to your own domains' public URLs. The only request it makes to us is the license check, which sends your server hostname.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Communication between the plugin and our validation API is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
We use Stripe for payment processing and subscription management. Their privacy policy can be found at Stripe's official website. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties.
